WWII German M42 HEER Helmet, Single Decal. Helmet factory code "NS" for Vereinigte Deutsche Nikelwerke, Schwerte, Germany.
Liner marked "57" with a faint RBNr number on same liner finger. Appears one liner finger may have been repaired. Chinstrap marked "OTTO BREITSCHUH EISLEBEN". I do not know if the chinstrap is original to helmet. Helmet has single HEER decal.
