WWII GERMAN M43 "ROUGH SIDE" LOW BOOTS. These boots were also known during the war as Ankle Boots or Schurschuhe. They were typically issued in a khaki colour, but were polished to black by troops for service.

Also known as a low boot or heer boot. Fully pegged with two rows of pegs and a third row in the shank.
