Wwii German Luftwaffe Generals Visor Hat Insignia
This is an extremely fine and very scarce Second World War Luftwaffe Generals visor hat wing and cockade insignia that is in excellent condition. The wings and wreath are constructed of hand embroidered metallic gold bullion thread.
The cockade is of silver bullion thread encircled by a black cotton thread ring that is bordered with twisted silver bullion thread at the edges and having a red cotton thread center. The reverse is faced with black paper that show some light use.This is a beautiful example of a scarce Luftwaffe insignia and one that remains in excellent, undamaged condition.
