WW2 German Reenacting Gear Mostly Repro
WW2 German Reenacting Gear Mostly Repro. This was used for WW2 German reenacting back in the 80s. There is a size 56 liner German helmet with black leather chin strap. This is in good condition.
I believe this to be post-war as there are no size stampings in the shell at all (I would guess the size as a 64) plus the liner is definitely postwar. The gas mask canister is early WW2 but with postwar straps. The canteen appears original WW2 but the leather strap is postwar.
The repro breadbag is constructed from a light canvas and is missing the center interior leather buttoning tab. The flashlight is postwar Swiss but with a battery (not included) it does work The leather E-tool carrier is on the crude side but does fit the straight handle E-tool (not included). The Y-straps are probably postwar Austrian but they are very solidly constructed and have the proper WW2 German fittings.
