WW2 German Panzer Officer uniform tunic, trousers, visor cap, belt, prop pistol
This is a high quality complete uniform reproduction of a Hauptmann (Captain) in Germany's premier Panzer Division GrossDeutschland. The tunic and trousers are a summer weight HBT (Herringbone tweed), and trousers include field suspenders. Tunic includes all insignia as shown including collar tabs with Panzer waffenfarbe, shoulder boards with GD cyphers, and GrossDeutschland cuff title. Decorations include Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon and Knights Cross with neck ribbon.
Uniform was produced and professionally vintaged for a publisher photoshoot for the new pictorial book 5B in the SOLDAT series, GrossDeutschland by Cyrus Lee and Mark Stone, available on Amazon. This book profiles over 40 reproduction GD uniforms in the Mark Stone collection. Tunic is size 44 chest (equivalent US Large), trousers are 34 inch waist, and include suspenders.
Schirmutze (visor cap) is size 58. All items have been professionally vintaged to replicate a Company Commander's field uniform.
Belt is a two pronged officers belt size 110cm, with black hard leather P-38 pistol holster. Pistol is a metal non-firing prop pistol, identical to a standard P38, but without the ability to fire projectiles.
