WW2 German M44 tunic HIGH QUALITY VINTAGE TOP REPRO. COMPLETE
This is the iconic late war German Army tunic. The M1944 pattern tunic was designed to save on manufacturing time, cost and raw materials. To some it was disliked as it was a departure from the traditional 4 pocket tunic, others loved it for its ease and smart appearance. The M44 uniform was the final German uniform produced in WW2 and is easily identified by its two pocket, short waist length design. The tunic was worn by most services including the Heer units. This high quality replica Army M44 tunic by Richard Underwood Militaria includes the correct German Army insignia sewn on so it is ready to wear. Two breast pockets which are un-pleated and have straight flaps. Front is closed by 6 buttons. Sleeve cuffs have button adjustment/fastening. Only partly lined on the inside. Two internal pockets, one in each breast. Belt hook support tab on the inside. Single hole on the waist band for the belt hook to fit in. Quality late war collar tabs professionally sewn on the collars.
(I think) Original late war Bevo Army breast eagle with the correct uncut triangle background professionally sewn on. DIFFICULT TO FIND in the current market. Please, see my other auctions for more related items!
