New generation of reproduction WWII German Feldblusen, made the contractor using "Texled" patterns. The patterns and grading were made using both original uniforms and wartime German specifications and sizing tables.

The fit and finish is superior to the other imported Feldblusen- no sky high belt hook holes, no suit coat shoulders, no pockets placed in helter-skelter fashion. The fabrics are copied from original swatches- no more olive green wool, pink lining, or "mystery cloth". The shell is 80/20 wool and the liing is 100% cotton. The belt hook holes are the correct size so hooks will actually fit through them. The "M40" (model numbers are collector inventions, not WWII German terms) service tunic was manufactured from 1940-41 and issued to all units of the Heer and Waffen SS until the end of the War.

They feature pleated pockets, partial lining, internal suspender provisions, split cuffs, first aid dressing pocket, and hook and eye at the collar. These M40's are the greener shade of field grey, usually considered "early War" by enthusiasts. I have not worn it much, it is basically brand new. Sewed on items include late war Litzen on the collar, shoulder boards, mid war Obergefreiter chevron on the left sleeve and a M36 breast eagle on the right chest.

Awards and medals on the uniform (all can be taken off) include an Iron Cross 2nd Class Ribbon through the second buttonhole, Close Combat Clasp in Bronze on the left upper chest, and an Infantry Assault Badge in Silver on the left pleated pocket. I can even throw in tunic belt hooks for supporting a belt on the uniform (4 included). Sizing: This particular tunic is a Small Regular (S Regular 34R-36R). I have included a sizing table from ATF's website for your convenience. Torso Length = base of collar to the level of the center belt hook hole (the total length of the back is about 25cm more).

Sleeve Length = shoulder seam (where the sleeve attaches) to the cuff. The item "WW2 German M40 Tunic Reproduction (At The Front)" is in sale since Sunday, July 8, 2018. This item is in the category "Collectibles\Militaria\WW II (1939-45)\Reproductions\Germany".
