WW2 Douglas MacArthur Admiral General Officers Visor Hat Cap Schirmuttzen

Reproduction: Every now and then we will get in a few out of the ordinary caps that just make you smile. One of our manufacturers were cleaning out the closets so to speak and found some older model caps that they send our way to find good homes. This is an older model cap with an earlier style embroidery but the interesting thing is this version has silver bullion embroidery as a concept for the later cap of General Douglas MacArthur.

MacArthur's famous cap never changed but as time went by both age and conditioning changed. Many people do not know that he wore his cap so much that the gold bullion actually became sun bleached and almost appeared to be silver. So we received 2 versions of this particular concept cap to sell to any collector's to add to their collection or age and get that even more MacArthur look. Caps are available in sizes: 57and 58.
