Buttons I believe to be refurbished originals. Interior lining correct including bandage pocket and belt hook suspension tapes. Insignia is earlier embroidered style and is museum quality. Tailored for a 46 chest. Armpit to armpit, 23 inches. Shoulder to cuff 24 inches. Back length from collar to skirt edge 29 inches. Shoulder to shoulder across back, 19 inches.
