Fine gabardine body, black ribbed band, silver waffenfarbe piping, silver chin cord and buttons, fine leather reddish tan sweatband, black patent leather visor, champaige rayon liner and sweatshield shape on extramutzen is rhomboid. Hat comes complete with perfect high quality hand embroided cockade and insignia.
Maker mark "sikzen hute-mutzen" in gold. This old time small firm seems to have confined itself to supplying mostly the elite allgemeine and waffen. Known for there quality not for there quantity. Which made this firms hats very sort after by the upper classes of officers.
