German Ww2 Leather Dagger Hanger

Relatively rare and original German WW2 Leather dagger hanger with gold tone fittings. Smooth brown leather exterior, rough tan interior leather belts. Metal fittings all have gold tone and the rear of the filigree oval adjusters are marked with the Assmann stylized A. Not sure if these were meant for General Officers or politicals but I have never encountered a set like this.
