WWII DAK AFRRIKA KORPS German Uniform Tunic Size 44
This is a VERY HEAVY twill DAK/Southern Front Tunic in a size US 44-46 in my best estimate. Collar patches appear to have been hand sewn on the tunic some time ago (faded/stained). It has faded (darker olive color inside the pockets), but the fabric is still pretty strong with no apparent weak/worn/frayed areas. Buttons are "S" hooks, but are unlike any that I have seen on an original tunic, so I must conclude they are reproduction/another era. It is very well made. Has First Aid pouch in the correct place, dish buttons, and correct belt hook holes in the correct location. This would be a great tunic for a re-enactor/collector looking to fill a hole in their DAK/Italian/Southern Russia Impression.
