Repro German Army WWII Grossdeutschland GD Pioneer M40 Tunic Size XL 46-48
I believe it is made by Military Harbor and is labeled as a size XXX Large and has never been worn, used for display only. Although this tunic is labeled as an XXXL, I do believe it is a size XL and closer to a size 48. I normally wear a 44, and this one is slightly roomy for me. It measures approximately 19 1/2" from armpit to sleeve end, approximately 20 1/2" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, and approximately 30 1/2 from the back of the neck seam to the bottom of the tunic. It has a Grossdeutschland early war green Sutterlin Script cuff title on the right sleeve along with a silver tank destruction badge, on the left sleeve it has a early war green boat pilot trade badge/patch, Iron Cross 2nd Class and Russian front buttonhole ribbons, GD Pioneer Regiment shoulder straps piped in black, pioneer black collar litzen, and three sets of stitched loops on the left breast pocket and stitched ribbon bar loops for quick removal and application of awards/badges. The tunic also comes with a collar bind. The ends of the cuff title do not touch on the back of the sleeve, there is an approximately 1 gap between the ends.
